we have recently connected our IRS 7.0.9 installation to Insight Online and are wondering why only three out of five available devices are shown in Insight Online. According to IRS, all devices are registered and no errors are shown:

EditPad Pro 7.0.0 also introduced the EditInsert Date and TimeOther Date and Time Format command that allows you to insert the current date and time in a custom format. Starting with version 7.0.9, when recording this command as part of a macro, the macro now also records the date and time format. When playing back the macro the current date and time will be inserted using the recorded format rather than prompting for the date and time format again. If you have a few date and time formats that you use often, you can record macros for them and assign keyboard shortcuts to those macros. Then you can use those date and time formats with a single key combination.
it's basically 404'ing the dll's. either the user that apache runs as, doesn't have permissions to read the folder D:\Bin\XAMPP\7.0.9\php\ext\ , or the folder doesn't exist. as for why it works in cli but not in apache, they're probably reading different php.ini's , but it could also be that php-cli runs as a different user account. to check that, run php -r 'phpinfo();' grep -i username in cli, and a page with
